The Pools

The hotel had two different pools. One is outside the Swan Court restaurant and has (of all things) swans swimming in it. The other is divided into two parts. The first is the main pool, the other was surrounded by rock walls and waterfalls. The two are joined by an underground grotto with waterfalls on either side. There was even a bar in the rock grotto where you could pick up a drink on the way from one pool to the other. A rope bridge crossed one of the pools, right above where the 150' "lava tube" waterslide dropped into the water. That was a fun slide!

We had great fun on the slide. It's an enclosed tube with several curves and a "landing zone" in the middle of the lagoon.

The bottom of the pool had a mosaic of the Hawaiian islands.
