We had a private van for the day and fortunately we had changed the start time to 10am from 8:30, because we were all starting a bit slowly.

Our driver, Jaques, drove us along the coast from the port of Villefranche into Monaco and Monte Carlo. We headed to the heliport and were happy to find that they could take us on a tour immediately.

|
We saw the whole city as well as our ship from the air. Went to the town center to walk around a bit, then up to "The Rock" where the Prince's Palace is located. Marveled at how good looking the Monte Carlo police force is.

Headed up into the hills back in France to a tiny town named Eze where we had lunch at nice quiet restaurant, Le Troubador.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Afterwards we headed down the hill and back to the boat. Decided to skip the evening's activities so we could get our first solid night of sleep on the boat.
