Yellowstone in Winter

We met Dan and Assana at the San Francisco airport for our trip to Yellowstone. After about a 2 hour delay due to fog, we took a non-stop flight to Bozeman Montana. An hour and a half drive in a shiny new (gigantic) Escalade brought us to the Mammoth Hot Springs Hotel, just inside Yellowstone National Park. We checked in to two very nice suites in the corner of the lodge, then headed over to the lounge for cocktails. For dinner we each had a really tasty entree, with the pistachio crusted trout being voted the best by the table. After dinner we headed over to one of the snow cabins with a hot tub for a quick soak before bed.
