We met Jason and Alex at the airport in Vegas; their plane was delayed and got in 1 minute before ours. It was a sign of how well the weekend would go!
At the Venetian we both had fantastic big suites. We walked over to Okada at the Wynn for a tasty sushi dinner. Afterwards we took a taxi to Krave where Alex had a VIP table waiting for us. We had a great time talking and dancing (even if the music was just so-so :-). We made it back to the hotel around 4 and got some sleep.
Saturday we took it easy, wandering around the Emporium Shops for a while before more down time during the afternoon.
We had a great dinner at Aquanox, then walked over to The Mirage where we saw the Cirque du Soleil show "Love". It was a fantastic show. Awesome music, great stage show, we were all grinning the whole time.
Afterwards our limo took us to Mixx at The Hotel for a while to see the strip from up high, then we headed to Rain at the Palms. We had VIP entry so we skipped the line and they escorted us to our table. Paul Oakenfold came on at 1am and played an amazing set! We couldn't stop dancing! At 3:30am the limo whisked us back to the hotel.
Sunday morning was breakfast and then to the airport. 42 hours total, just right.
