Rick and our friends Kevin and Tom competed in this year's Escape from Alcatraz  triathlon as a relay team.

Rick completed the 1.5 mile swim in 31:21, Tom did the 18 mile bike leg in 1:03:43 and Kevin finished the 8 mile run in 1:0235.

Their total time, including transitions, was 2:46:19. Great work!
